Easy off and on OWB holster for a PCR?
« on: April 21, 2018, 09:40:52 PM »
Any recommendations for an easy on and off OWB holsters for a PCR? Right now I am looking a TT Gunleather High Ride Snap removable, A Sparks Axiom, or a R Grizzle GS2.

I really like the Metro OWB holster I got for my 75 Compact recently from Detroit Holster...looks like they have one for the PCR...

http://www.detroitholster.com/store/product/metro-premium-owbiwb

Great fit and the 'speed clips' are quick to mount the holster on your belt and once on are very secure...just fyi I'm using it with a Vedder Cobra belt that is the perfect match for it...

If you buy a different set of clips you can also use the holster IWB at the cost of the holster needing to be built a bit wider. I knew I didn't want IWB so I passed on that option.

Do you have a pic with the Detroit on to see how it looks?

Here's a quick shot of my CZ 75B Compact in the Detroit Holsters Metro OWB in Olive Drab. It's shown on my Vedder Cobra belt.

The clips enable you to hook it securely to your belt but it goes on and off easily..

The sparks magnet "snaps" are wonderful.  If you like leather holsters, as I do, a sparks with magnets is hard to beat..

I have a Sparks Criterion with magnetic snaps for a full sized 1911. Sparks doesn't make an OWB for a PCR with magnetic snaps. I agree the magnetic snaps are hard to beat.
