Yeap, another "How to" take your CZ 75 SP-01 Frame apart and back together, but as we know, when we first start this endeavor, we never watch just one video, but as many as we can put our hands on.
Following that spirit, this video could become your "Go To" video for detail stripping (and the following 2, Slide and Sear take down as well), as I tried pretty hard to have good explanations, and most of all, very good close up videos of all the critical steps. Just try to get past that stupid accent of mine  ::)
Anyhow, just enjoy it  8)

Did you have to modify the blade/tip on your screw driver used to remove that screw that holds down the magazine release button spring and trigger bar spring?

I had a set of Brownells "gun smith" screw driver handle/tips and none of the wide tips were thin enough to fit into the slot in the screw.  I was lucky enough to have a screw driver handle/tips I bought for my old Browning Auto 5 that worked great.  The old Auto 5's have very thin slots in the screws, like the screws in the CZ's have.

Just curious about your screw driver/tip and fit in that screw head.  In case one of my thin tips ever breaks.  Not sure I can buy a tip for it to replace those special thin ones.

Thanks.

And very good video/explanations about removal, direction/shape of pins, etc.
I just keep wasting time and money on other brands trying to find/make one shoot like my P07 and P09.  What is wrong with me?

Thanks for the video! I?ll add at least 10 views to the counter.

You should forward this to CGW. I?m sure they?d add it to their tutorial page.

I simply used what I had in my tool box, and in this case, it was a Craftsman 3/16th # 9-41581

Here it is on Amazon

Certainly, the Sear cage was in the planing, as well as the Slide, and also 3 Practical modifications to the gun.
I haven't decided yet which one to do first, but if you are in need of the Sear block video, I can make it a priority.

I want to thank everyone for taking the time to write a few supporting lines. It shows the interest you guys have for this type of "How to" videos, and motivate me to make more of them.
One area I need some feed back, it's my accent, do you people understand what I am saying on my videos or do I need to slow my speech down?  :o

The extra thin screwdriver blade set is an add-on to the Brownell's gunsmith set. They also sell a set with just the right blades for the Browning Auto-5.
