Whose P10 is "glassed"?
« on: June 24, 2018, 07:57:54 AM »
I know I am not the only one who chose the P10c to host an optic.

Who else?

Which sight did you go with? Who cut it up?  What BUIS?

I tried (borrowed) an M&P CORE with a Type 1 RMR and knew, halfway through the first group was puttin glass on something.  Couldn't bring myself to mod out my 2.0 Compact because I really feel it is the best stock fight pistol I've ever messed with.  So..... I grabbed a P10c because it just seems like (1) the boxy slide would make a nice perch (2) CZ's, in my experience, respond well to mods and I can take it further than just an optic.  Maybe an HBI trigger, custom stipple, trick it out.

Both my P10 and my optic are FDE and the match was very close.  Went with the Type 2 RM 06, led adjustable 3.25 moa dot.  Chose L&M for the milling.

She's away, for surgery now.  The only pic I have is of the RMR propped in place on top of the uncut slide.

Kinda hoping it buys me hardly any time, hoping that excuse is squashed with the quick return of my gun :D

HST -

That looks really sharp! I really considered that Venom.

I can only imagine how much difference the porting made, it is already a pretty flat shooter.

Are those Talon grips?

The above blog post by Earl An and his videos convinced me to ship my P10C slide off to JagerWerks for their RMR milling.  Now to source a RM07 in the meantime and also acquire the Dawson and Ameriglo sights.  Appreciate the measurements so I don?t have to guess on which ones to get.

Mine is on the way to Jager as well. RMR, front/chamfer serrations, and nitride for me.
