Any recent thoughts about the Canik S120?  Only seen online but prices are very good making me wonder about quality.

I don't have an S120, but I do have a P100. That is an all-steel compact. Every Tristar/Canik55 I have seen is built with close attention to fit, and finish. My P100 is an excellent shooter and I trust it 100% as my EDC. Accuracy is very good. The trigger is an acceptable combat grade trigger. Trigger and safety do require break-in. Both are a little stiff to begin with, but I attribute this to overall close tolerance the parts are speced to. Both do break in nicely. I recommend a regular oiling schedule because the fit is so tight. As it breaks in this may not be as necessary. I haven't tried it, but a good polishing might help. Upgrades for trigger, hammer, springs, etc, are available from Cajun Gun Works. CZ75 grips are a perfect fit, as are the mags. I wouldn't hesitate to compare Tristar/Canik55 firearms to pistols costing half again as much or more. I am very well pleased with my P100

Have an S and L model. Great guns for the money and would buy another if the right deal came along. These can really be tuned up and be on par with a CZ. I would note that some grips are not a direct fit. I have had to do a little sanding and drilling to fit VZs on both of mine.

My normal carry is a Canick 55 that is exactly like the alloy CZ PCR except a safety version. Fit and finish are really close to CZ as is the feel and accuracy.

That is high on my list, but I've never seen one in the wild and missed my chance at a new one.

Have heard nothing bad about them.
The ones I have handled seemed impressive.
Never have had the opportunity to shoot one but I imagine they are good shooters.

Not in the Canik/TriStar line.  The only compact Cz Clones with Decockers are the IWI Desert Eagle Series.
Note that these are of excellent quality.  Internally, they are of the Tanfoglio design.
See link:  https://shopkahrfirearmsgroup.com/magnum-research/pistols/baby-eagle/

Also, Tanfoglio's Force series has decockers, but these are not regularly imported into the USA.
