I have a 75BD in a Craft Holster, It fits nicely with the hammer all the way down but not at half cock. Is this still safe to carry?
Yes it's safe, but defeats the purpose of decocking to half cock. I would try to stretch the leather strap so it would work at half cock if it was me.
If guns are outlawed.........

I went with a craft holsters as well, the NE1 model first (I like the minimal design) but thinking about a paddle one also. Pricing is right, as is workmanship. Shipping is kind of pricy, but I think it's a quality product. . .I'm excited.

Not to be overlooked is the Comp-Tac International.  It works fine with my CZ-75BD, which I believe is essentially the same pistol as the CZ-75 Police.

See:  https://comp-tac.com/holsters/?_bc_fsnf=1&CZ=CZ+75%2F85%2FP01%2FSP01

The International is a great holster for competition shooting (I have read) and classes (I have learned through experience).   It can be used for concealed carry under a coat or jacket.
