Not sure what the original post in this topic was BUT my LGS (CZ dealer) sent me this message:
"BIG NEWS! I was sworn to secrecy but just received notice that I can finally reveal that the CZ Evo Scorpion 9mm and the CZ Bren 5.56 semi-auto pistols have been approved by the ATF for import. They are packaged and ready to ship upon final export approval from the Czech government.
Current estimated arrival is Jan/Feb 2015. We are now accepting pre-orders (small non-refundable deposit required); message or email us for pricing info. CZ has not yet released photos of the pistol versions but they are essentially the rifles minus the stock. It sounds like the Evo will also include an angled foregrip."
