Also, a CZ 75B mag locks right in. Just go to Mec-Gar and choose the size you want. At the range, I often use a 17 round in my P100. If I feel the need to carry a reload, that's what I carry.

The mags they come with are mecgar cz 75 mags.  No need to order from Tristar.

The factory magazines made by mec-gar for the c100 are not the same as the CZ 75 magazines. the TriStar magazines hold one more round than the CZ 75 magazines and also the TriStar magazines have a pinky grip extension and the CZ 75 magazines do not.

cz75b: The advantages are higher round capacity and a pinkie grip on the bottom of the mag. I like the pinkie grip on the mag for my hand. But if that is not important to a person, the CZ-75 mags are less expensive even though they don't hold as many rounds. I carry for defense, so the one more round is decisive for me.

Personally, I will never do business with CheaperThanDirt because they gouged during the ammo shortage.

But the Grabagun deal you linked is a good deal and I have bought from them before.

Yeah, they are on my never list too, as they also gouged during the 1994 AWB.

Do any of you have extended (+2) magazines for your C-100 that have a base pad with a pinkie rest that fit flush? I noticed GregCote has one with pinkie rest that fits flush on a P-06 (I think) and I wonder if that magazine would work with my Canik C-100 40 S&W?

the TriStar magazine for the C-100 9mm and 40 S&W is the same magazine. You can get 11 40 S&W rounds in it or 15 9mm. Almost seems like a magic trick to be able to carry a C-100 with 16 rounds of 9mm, but you can with one in the chamber.

My experience has been that the cz brand magazines do not drop free from a tristar T100.  The tristar brand mags always drop free

Indeed, it does happen to few magazines. One way to have ALL magazines drop free is to remove the magazine brake inside the gun. Removing it will not affect the functioning of the gun at all.
The magazine brake is only there to stop and accidental magazine release for law enforcement and military, and not loose that magazine in the process.
