I'm obviously anxious to get mine. Finally shipped and is expected to be delivered to my FFL tomorrow. Hopefully it will arrive early enough in the day for me to pick it up from him. After all, Father's Day is this weekend! ;)

Well...it's here and I love it! Would post a photo, but apparently I'm too stupid to do so on this forum... Typically I go "advanced" and attach a file. I don't appear to have that option here. Oh well... My P-01 Omega was built/test fired in late April 2018 and I hope to do my own test firing at the range as soon as we get a break from the rain. CZs are addictive. This makes 3 for me and I continue to be impressed.

Finally got to the range this morning and put 335 rounds through my new P-01 Omega. Used 8 different types of ammo including 115, 124, and 147 gr FMJ and JHP. The gun ate all of it. No issues whatsoever. I've mentioned that this is my 3rd CZ...well, it also is fast growing into my favorite. Very good shooter and very accurate. Maybe it's just me, but this one seems even more accurate than my other 2. Very pleased with this handgun... 8)

Glad to hear you're happy with it. 

I still need to get to the range and sight mine in after putting the night sights and CGW barrel bushing in it.  First time at the range, my other Compacts shot better groups than the Omega, so I figured I'd install a new barrel bushing and see if it tightened things up.

I just keep wasting time and money on other brands trying to find/make one shoot like my P07 and P09.  What is wrong with me?

I?ve had CGW work on mine as well as add a FO front sight. Put some Lok palm swell bogies on it and am super pleased with the end result. Have been shooting it this IDPA season and if I do my job, it doe it?s with no issues.

IMHO the CZ compacts (P01- all variants , PCR) are the best combination of size, weight, ergonomics and function for a defensive handgun.  I have 2- the P01 omega and a PCR.

I agree! CZ really got it right with its compact handguns...they didn't do too badly with the rest of the lineup either! ;)
